Kate DiCamillo is the author of many books for young readers. Her books have been awarded the Newbery Medal (Flora & Ulysses in 2014 and The Tale of Despereaux in 2004); the Newbery Honor (Because of Winn-Dixie, 2001), the Boston Globe Horn Book Award (The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane, 2006), and the Theodor Geisel Medal and honor (Bink and Gollie, co-author Alison McGhee, 2011; Mercy Watson Goes for a Ride, 2007). She is a National Ambassador for Young People’s Literature Emerita, appointed by the Library of Congress.
Kate's latest book is Beverly, Right Here, the third and final book about the three rancheros: Beverly, Raymie and Louisiana.

Liz Ledden is a Sydney-based children’s book author and co-host of One More Page podcast (yes, this one!).
Her debut picture book TULIP AND BRUTUS was released with Ford Street Publishing in October 2019. It’s about friendship, differences, teamwork … and bugs!
She has another picture book due out in 2020 with Larrikin House.
Liz has lived in Vietnam, Cambodia and Canada, and has a rescue dog named Frankie who acts like a cat. She can typically be found seeking out new cafes or maxing out her library card.
